The latest update is Version 6.00.03.  This update corrects all known problems in previous versions. You can download it from our Home Page.

These files contain the newest versions of the three .exe files used by The Soccer Tutor. To install the update, download either one of these zipped files and then either unzip the zip file or run the self-extracting zip file.  The three .exe files will replace files with the same name in the folder where the program was installed.  You must be sure to unzip the files into that directory.

Your browser (e.g. Internet Explorer, or Netscape) was probably loaded behind the current program screen.  Just exit the program and the browser screen should appear.  Avoid clicking on these buttons more than once before quitting the program.  If your browser still doesn't appear you can load it as you normally do, and go directly to the following web pages:

These functions copy graphics to the Windows Clipboard and there is a recently discovered compatibility problem in this area with Windows XP.  If you are not using Windows XP, please let us know exactly what operating system you are using, and the exact error message that you are getting.  We do not yet have a solution for this problem.

Q3
[Ver  4.00.01]

I'm using Windows XP and the Law test program indicates that a file is missing, and will not run.

A3

Currently you must be logged on with Administrator privileges to run TSTLawTests under Windows  XP.

Q4
[Ver  4.00.01]

When I access question id#33 I get a message saying that the file tstballinout.gif is missing.

A4

Graphics for the test questions are stored in folder c:\Program Files\The Soccer Tutor\TestGraphics\. The file tstballinout.jpg in this folder should be renamed tstballinout.gif.

Q5
[Ver  4.00.01]

When I enter the Unlock code I received by email after registering the program I get the message that upgrading is not necessary.

A5

There is an initial free trial period after installation where the program runs in Standard Edition mode.  Save your Unlock code and enter it after the trial period runs out.  You can update to the Instructor Edition during the trial period, but not to the Standard Edition.

Q6
[Ver  4.00.01]

The Main Screen appears, but when I click on the soccer balls nothing happens.

A6

The most likely problem is that you do not have a sound card installed.  Either add a sound card, or update to the latest version of the program.
